To get started with your quick outdoor sauna you need a pile of rocks(about 700 kg) and a tent. With metal bars you can easily form a fireplace to heat up the rocks. Basically all you need to have with you is the tent and you can make your own sauna anywhere as long as there are some firewood, rocks and it is not illegal to make a fire. If you don't have a tent with you then you can always make that as well - just make sure whatever you are using to cover the fireplace is heatproof and won't catch a fire.

By keeping the fire strong for about 2 hours the pile of rocks will be burning hot and ready for a good sauna. For seating wooden chairs are the best, plastic will melt and metal will get too hot

It is very important that there are no burning wood or ashes left when the tent is put to its place. A good tip is to remove the ashes with a shovel..
